Our brand delivers to the entire GCC (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait), Jordan, Egypt, and Lebanon.
We personally package every order by hand at our warehouse facility within three (3) business days.
Note that if a problem arises, such as a missing package, contact our Customer Support Team immediately, and they will work on fixing the issue for you as quickly as possible.
What happens if I am not home to receive my package?
- Our logistics partners will leave a notice of their arrival at your home and contact you to advise that your package is available.
- After three (3) attempts, you will receive a notification explaining how you can collect your package.
