Apply ampoule appropriate to skin condition in advance. Apply the leave-on mask generously to the face, neck and décolleté and leave on for 20 minutes. Any remaining residue can be removed with a tonic.

We personally package every order by hand at our warehouse facility within three (3) business days.
Note that if a problem arises, such as a missing package, contact our Customer Support Team immediately, and they will work on fixing the issue for you as quickly as possible.
What happens if I am not home to receive my package?
- Our logistics partners will leave a notice of their arrival at your home and contact you to advise that your package is available.
- After three (3) attempts, you will receive a notification explaining how you can collect your package.
